Everything was brand-new, I enjoyed great-sized rooms. It was located in a fairly quiet area near to the metro station. It was good experience out of my other holiday, I will come back.

Thanks for this wonderful experience out of our other holiday. The place is next to Ilford, and nearest tube station. Not to mention that it is located easy to get to had shops close by. Within 300 metres there is Cheezelo, that offers tea and treats.

Everything was perfect here. We liked kind and friendly staff and their attitude. The bed was comfortable, hardly wanted to go outside. It was located in a pretty quiet area near to the metro station.

Great location, only a short walk to the tube station and close to where we needed to go. The host, Sam, was amazing and provided excellent instructions when we couldn't find the property. Communication with the property through WhatsApp was good, although a bit excessive at times.

The room was incredibly small, not suitable for more than 3 guests, and especially difficult for those with health issues or disabilities. The toilet was flooded from the day we arrived and the shower door was broken.
